Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • Item must include all original tags and packaging.

  • A proof of purchase receipt is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Once approved, securely pack the item(s) and mail them to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Processing:

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • All refunds will be issued in US Dollars (USD). Any currency exchange differences or bank fees are not covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, such as opened or used personal care products. Please contact us with any specific questions.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
